  14. I'm the owner of a Newcom 28800ifx-V.34 Data fax modem and I'm working 
  15. over windows 95.
  16. I've a lot of problems when I try to work at 28800 bps.
  17. When I try to download some files the speed become very very slowly.
  18. My telco line is a digital one and is fine.
  19. I tried with Internet providers and with several BBS. In all cases the 
  20. results are the same: a poor-poor througput.

  22. I contacted other newcom owners on Spain and they have the same problems 
  23. I have.

  25. Can someone in the world help me aobut it. Where is the problem? Is the 
  26. newcom modem a trick for stupid customers? or Need I one special setting 
  27. to work on Windows 95???
